M1887 Sling for the .45-70 Trapdoor Springfield and .30-40 Krag. Used on both Trapdoor Springfields and Krags until the adoption of the M1903 sling for the Krag. Please note that due to the length of this sling, it sometimes can take six months to a year to get a quality strap out of a hide.
